What you should expect from a lawyer.

3. You have the right to a lawyer who turns off the phone, stops checking email, and focuses on your case.
4. You have the right to have your phone calls returned within 48 hours.
5. You have the right to a lawyer who is willing to take your case to trial if the insurance company will not make you a reasonable offer.
6. You have the right to be treated like a human being, not just another case.
7. You have the right to a lawyer who will be completely honest with you, and who will demand complete honesty from you.
8. You have the right to be kept informed about your case.
9. You have the right to a lawyer who will encourage you to ask questions, and who will take the time to answer them.
10. You have the right to have all fees and costs explained to you in detail, up front, so there are no surprises.
