Esta es una historia real sobre uno de nuestros clientes reales. Se han cambiado todos los nombres de las personas para proteger tanto a los inocentes como a los culpables. \u201cRachel\u201d was driving through a large intersection in Beaverton, OR (Washington County) on a green light. As she was proceeding, another car ran the red light and hit Rachel\u2019s driver-side door.<\/p>\n

Rachel\u2019s car tipped over onto the passenger side, and she actually had to be CUT out of her vehicle. The car was a complete loss. She was then taken to the ER at Providence St. Vincent\u2019s. <\/p>\n

At the ER, Rachel was given Xrays and ultrasounds. Later, her doctor did more tests to verify that an earlier back surgery was not affected by the accident. She was diagnosed with cervical strain, lumbar strain, and other injuries for which she received weekly treatments with a physical therapist.<\/p>\n

After the accident, Rachel contacted the bad driver\u2019s insurance company to get compensation for her medical bills and met with resistance. She was appalled \u2013 their driver had broken the law and they were still reluctant to pay for basic medical treatments related to the accident. She decided to contact a Portland car accident attorney.<\/a><\/p>\n
