\u201cMatt\u201d was driving in front of a friend in SE Portland when he stopped behind a line of cars at a red light. His friend, \u201cBrittany,\u201d stopped behind him \u2013 he was leading her toward his new house \u2013 and then she was rear-ended and her car was pushed into his car!<\/p>\n

The driver who rear-ended Brittany was a drunk driver. In fact, Matt and Brittany learned later from the police that this was his third drunk driving offense (making it a federal crime) and that his alcohol blood level was .36! Obviously he was charged with DUI.<\/p>\n

Although Matt had been in previous auto accidents, this was his first drunk driving injury accident, and he felt he needed help. Through a friend, he was referred to DuBois Law Group and met with our Portland attorneys for advice.<\/p>\n

Matt is still treating from his accident, and he is in good hands. His treatments include massage therapy, acupuncture, and chiropractic visits for neck and back strain. He has also visited his primary care physician to ensure that all care is consistent.<\/p>\n
