Our Personal Injury Lawyers No Win No Fee Promise

If We Don’t Win, You Don’t Pay

At DuBois Law Group LLC, we believe that our clients and potential clients deserve respect, compassion, and information. Our personal injury lawyers work with accident victims like you everyday to get compensation and the justice you deserve – with our injury lawyers’ No Win No Fee promise. We believe that each prospective client is entitled to:

A FREE and confidential legal consultation.

Call our office to 503-486-3557 or fill out our webform to start discussing your case. If your case meets our selection criteria, we will schedule a free consultation where you can meet with an attorney and start asking your questions.

FREE information about the personal injury process.

We offer many resources on this site and across the web to help people educate themselves about how Oregon personal injury cases progress. You can watch our videos, read our car accident injury book, or peruse our FAQs. And, if that is not enough, you can always call our office.

No up-front payment required.

If you decide to hire us, you can sign a Contingency Fee Agreement, which says that you will not have to pay us anything in advance because you will pay us a percentage of your settlement.

Great client communication and care.

Our motto is Fewer Cases. Better Results. We take a smaller number of cases so that we can give each client the time and attention they deserve. You will always be treated courteously and professionally. Our staff is warm and welcoming – and our clients feel the difference.

No Fee Promise.

If we don’t get you any money our No Fee Promise means you will not have to pay our legal fees (i.e. the compensation lawyers and staff receive for legal services performed). *Oregon ethical rules, however, require us to inform your that all costs (including medical records, hiring investigators, etc). are the clients’ responsibility…but you might not need to worry about those either. All costs advanced.

We will advance all costs necessary to pursue your case. Oregon ethics rules state that costs are the clients’ responsibility, but our job is to make sure that your settlement is more than enough to cover the advanced costs.  And we have never had a situation in which we required a client to repay our costs when we did not get any money for them.
